西南地区高校体育课程设置现状及对策研究

Countermeasure Research on Sports Curriculum Present Situation of Colleges in Southwestern China

运用调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法等对西南地区25所高校体育课程设置的现状进行了调研,结果表明:在西南地区普通高校体育课教学中,多种教育思想并存;"选项课"与"俱乐部"为主要教学实施模式;供学生选择的课程项目不够多样化;大多数体育课程开设年限参差不齐.因此,应确立终身体育为教学指导思想,课程设置应体现多层次化,并需增加课外体育的比例,完善体育课程设置内容,等等.

Based on the method of survey procedure,literature methods,research data and statistics and etc to investigate and study the sports curriculum current situation in 25 colleges in southwest district resulted that in the sports teaching in the ordinary colleges in southwest district, many different teaching ideas exist side by side. ＂Selective course＂ and ＂club＂ are the main models of teaching. The courses for the students to select do not versify; the number of years set for the sports courses is different. So it＇s necessary to set all - life sports education as teaching guide, to get all-level curriculum, to increase the proportion of after curriculum sports and perfect the contents of sports curriculum and so on.
