云南省中小学体育经费使用调查研究

The Research on the Investigation about of Physical Education Founding Expenditure in High and Elementary Schools of Yunnan Province

由于受地区经济发展水平和地理环境的制约,云南省中小学的体育经费低于全国平均水平;最近3 a来,有一半以上的学校没有场地建设费、体育行政办公费和体育服装费;各学校间体育经费分配、支出极不均衡,悬殊过大;部分学校领导对学校体育缺乏全面、深入的认识,体育经费被挪用、占用.因此,学校应严格执行体育经费在学校教育经费中所占比例的有关规定,合理分配使用体育经费.

P. E funds is lower than the national average in high and elementary schools of Yunnan Province due to the restriction of local economy development level and geographical environment. In recent three years, more than half of schools have not been provided the funds for the playground construction, the sports executive office and the sports clothing. The allocation arid the spending of funds are extremely imbalanced and with a wide gap. Some school leaders have been lacking of thorough comprehensive understanding of physical education which leads to the sports funds moved to other uses. Therefore, the schools should use strictly the sports funds in the proportion of education funds to get rationally allocated and applied.
