日本、韩国经济迅速发展,产业政策法对两国经济的发展起着很重要的作用,本文通过以演进历史为视角对两国的产业政策立法进行深入的分析,寻找其演进的规律,发现两国产业政策立法完善;注重发展中小企业;灵活运用反垄断法;关心产业政策法内部结构的协调;随着经济高速发展,更加关注产业技术立法,产业组织法等等,这些都可以作为中国产业政策立法的经验。

Japan and Korean are developed countries, the law of industrial policy play an important role in their economic development By exploring and looking for the evolutional rules from the historical angle, we analyze the law of industrial policy in both countries, searching for the law of their evolution, and find that both countries are perfect in the law of industrial policy, paying attention to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises; using flexibly the anti-monopoly law and following the internal harmony of industry. With the high development of eeonomy, they pay more attention to the industrial technology law and industrial organization law etc, as legislative experience of Chinese industrial law.
