摘要
环氧沥青为一种热固性聚合物材料,其化学特性决定了环氧沥青混合料从施工拌和到碾压完成有严格的工作时间控制。为了保证环氧沥青混合料在胶凝之前顺利完成卸料、摊铺、碾压等一系列施工工序,研究了促进剂用量、温度对环氧沥青固化进程的影响,从而确定了最佳的促进剂掺量以及施工拌和温度,并对配制的环氧沥青混合料的施工性能做了初步的研究。
As a kind of thermosetting polymer material, the chemical properties of epoxy asphalt determine that there is strict time control for epoxy asphalt mixtures from mixing to the completion of compaction. In order to ensure a series of working procedures, such as compaction and rolling, can be finished before gelation, this paper investigates how the accelerant dosage and the temperature influence the curing process of epoxy asphalt so as to determine the optimal mixing amount of accelerant and the mixing temperature for construction. The construction performance of epoxy asphalt mixtures is also preliminary studied.
