摘要
利用锥形量热仪对PVC单芯电力电缆的点燃性能进行了实验研究,针对锥形量热仪的实验条件,建立了一维电缆点燃模型,并进行了数值模拟.模拟得到的点燃时间与实验结果吻合较好.利用该模型分别对影响电缆点燃性能的一些关键因素进行了分析,如电缆护套厚度、电缆线芯厚度、外加热辐射通量等.结果表明,由于电缆特殊的结构,影响点燃时间的因素与传统的热厚型材料和热薄型材料都有很大区别.
The ignitahility behavior of Polyvinyl Chloride calorimeter. A one-dimensional ignition model of cables cables with single core was studied with the cone under cone conditions was built. The numerical simulation results agreed well with the test results. Some key factors, such as cable jacket thickness, core diameter, and heat flux entering the cable etc. , which influence the ignitability of cables were analyzed. The results showed that there exists a great difference between the influencing factors of cables and those of traditional thermally thick and thermally thin materials because of the special structure of the cable.
