分析了单丝底网针刺毯生产中,因选用刺针不当,造成生产时纸张出现的纸病,提出改进建议,推荐使用成形刺钩、无刺突、紧密排列的刺针,并在针板上加针套.
The essay introduces the inferior quality of paper turned out from the production of mono-filament net needling felt caused by wrongly selecting the needles. It pointed out updated suggestion and recommend to use HL-barb, no kick-up and close-arrange the needles, at the same time add the needle insert on needle board.
