经气管镜腔内射频联合放疗治疗中心型非小细胞肺癌疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价气管镜腔内射频加局部放疗与单纯局部放疗的疗效对比。方法对130例晚期中心型非小细胞肺癌患者进行射频加局部放疗与单纯局部放疗。采用射频加局部放疗组65例,局部单纯放疗65例。放疗结束后观察气促症状缓解率。结果射频加放疗组65例,放疗结束后气促症状缓解率(显效+有效)为96.9%(63/65),单纯局部放疗组为76.9%(50/65),两组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论射频加局部放疗与单纯局部放疗两种方法均有效。射频加局部放疗优于单用局部放疗。 [ Objective] To investigate the value of electrobronchoscopie radiofrequency in the treatment of centrally located non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). [Methods] A total of 130 cases with centrally located NSCLC were equally divided into a groups with 65 in each. Both radiofrequency treatment and local radiotherapy were performed in radiofrequency group. Only local radiotherapy was performed in radiotherapy group. The rate of dyspnea alleviation was observed after radiotherapy, and the efficacy of both therapies was compared. [Results] The rates of dyspnea alleviation (markedly effective and effective rate) were 96.9% (63/65) in radiofrequency group and 76.9% (50/65) in radiotherapy group with statistic difference (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion ] Both electrobronchoscopic radiofrequency treatment and solely radiotherapy are effective for centrally located NSCLC with the former being more valid and simpler with little injury. Therefore a combination of electrobronchoscopic radiofrequency and local radiotherapy is a better option for the treatment of late-stage centrally located NSCLC.
