半月板囊肿的关节镜下治疗

Treatment of meniscal cyst by arthroscopic surgery

目的分析9例膝关节半月板囊肿的临床及手术效果,探讨关节半月板囊肿的治疗方法。方法2003～2008年该院共收治膝关节半月板囊肿患者9例,关节镜下囊肿切除、半月板部分切除或次全切除7例,单纯囊肿切除2例,手术前、后采用Lysholm评分对膝关节功能进行评估。结果9例患者膝关节包块疼痛消失,关节功能手术前评分为(72.3±6.7)分,手术后提高至(94.1±3.4)分,优良率89%。结论关节镜技术治疗半月板囊肿创伤小,疗效佳,在保留半月板功能及减少患膝骨关节炎发生率上有显著优点。

[ Objective ] To retrospectively analyze the clinical findings and surgical result of meniseal cysts in 9 cases. [Methods] During the period between 2003 and 2008,9 patients suffering from meniscal cysts were treated by arthroscopic surgery. Meniscal cysts were excised in all the eases. At the same time partial or total meniseectomy was performed in 7 cases. The patients were assessed pre- and post-operatively by Lysholm score and Glasgow Assessment. [ Results ] Cysts and pain disappeared after arthroscopic surgery. Lysholm score showed a significance improvement from （72.3±6.7） before operation to （94.1±3.4） after operation. According to Glasgow Assessment 8 patients （89%） of 9 patients were excellent in follow-up. [ Conclusion] As the treatment of meniscal cysts arthroscopic surgery shows the advantages of maintaining good function of knee and reducing the premature osteoarthritis occurrence.
