摘要
型煤的防水性能是反映其质量品质的一个重要技术指标,提高型煤的防水性能有助于型煤的储存、运输及利用.褐煤经微生物转化后所得产物含有粘结性物质,有利于提高型煤的防水性能.研究了褐煤原煤中微生物的特征,对微生物进行了分离和培养,比较了不同种类微生物对提高褐煤型煤防水性能的作用.结果表明:褐煤原煤中含有大量细菌种类;褐煤经过微生物转化后再热压成型,所得煤球的防水性能有较大提高;其中真菌在改善褐煤型煤防水性所起的作用较明显,经过混合菌种转化后的煤球防水效果最佳.
Waterproof property of briquette is the key technical indicator to briquette, and improving the waterproof property is important for briquette's storage, transport and utilization. Products from bio-solubilization of lignite contain adhesive substances,which will be beneficial to improve the briquette's waterproof property. This paper studied the characteristics of microbial in raw lignite, isolated and cultured the microorganisms, compared the influences of different types of microbial to improve the briquette's waterproof property. Results show that a large number of bacterial species are contained in raw coal. Waterproof property of briquette obtained from lignite after microbial transformation and hot pressing has been greatly improved, fungi's effect in improving the water resistance is more visible, and briquette produced by lignite after a mixed microbial transformation has the best waterproof property.
