摘要
本文对45号钢退火试件预加拉伸应力进行磨削试验,结果表明可使试件表面获得残余压应力,从而为控制和调整已加工表面残余应力提供一条新的途径。
In this paper, a grinding test referring to prestressed tensile force in the specimens which are made of carbon steel No.45 and annealed has been made. Experimental results show that residual compressive stresses in the surface of specimens have been obtained. Thus, a new method for controlling and adjusting the residual stress in the ground surface has been presented.
