摘要
以0.45μm混合纤维素酯膜为支载膜,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,通过表面印迹法制备得到牛血清白蛋白分子印迹膜.实验对制备分子印迹膜所用模板分子、功能单体和交联剂用量进行探讨,并对目标分子识别渗透的条件进行了优化.结果表明,较非印迹膜而言,该分子印迹膜表现出良好的识别渗透能力.
Protein molecularly imprinted membranes were prepared with bovine serum albumin as template molecule, acrylamide as functional monomer and N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide as cross-linker by surface molecularly imprinting technique in the presence of 0.45 μm hydrophilic cellulose ester filter membranes. The amounts of template, monomer and cross-linker during the preparing process and the conditions of selective permeation were controlled and optimized. The results showed that the protein molecularly imprinted membranes exhibited the higher permeation selectivity to the bovine serum albumin.
