据了解，国务院在2005年颁发的21号、22号两个文件均指出，国家将大力“支持废旧机电产品再制造”，并将“绿色再制造技术”列为“国务院有关部门和地方各级人民政府要加大经济支持力度的关键、共性项目之一”，并在2006年和2007年作出相关批示，支持有关部门抓紧修订法规，启动汽车零部件再制造试点工作。目前，汽车零部件再制造已初具规模。其中以济南复强动力为主的再制造试点企业有14家，再制造产品有5种。
