A3车型是奇瑞公司的战略转型车型，为打造五星安全品质，对该车型提出更加苛刻的质量要求。焊装车身的制造水平提高依赖于先进的焊接设备，公司引进柯马公司的自动化生产线，完成车身下部和车身总成的焊接任务。以符合更高的焊接质量要求。

A3 is a model launched by Chery for strategic reform,with stricter quality requirements during production.Improvement on manufacturing of frame relies on advanced welding equipments. Chery brought in automatic production line from Comau for welding of lower part and frame assembly,to satisfy the stricter quality requirements for welding.This paper introduces in details the electrical system,welding robot system and other systems of the production line.
