电动助力转向器（Electrical Power—Assisted Steering，简称EPAS）是电子技术发展推力．和汽车发展拉力的综合产物，是一项紧扣现代汽车发展主题的高新技术，已经成为世界汽车技术发展的研究热点。EPAS根据扭矩传感器和车速传感器的输出量，由电子控制单元来计算所需要的力矩，通过电机提供转向所需要的力，并经减速器驱动转向机构使转向轮发生相应的偏转。

Proposed technical performance requirements,performance-test items,evaluation indexes and bench test method of EPAS.Designed performance test-bench and studied a bench test of EPAS.Test results had the certain reference value for designing EPAS,determination of control strategy and the basic controlling parameters.
