摘要 为有效除去造纸法再造烟叶萃取液中的细小纤维悬浮物及对产品吸味有负面影响的蛋白质、果胶和淀粉等大分子物质,先采用S-2型吸附澄清剂中的羟基的架桥作用及钙盐类的物理吸附原理,使萃取液中的可溶性大分子成分絮凝成直径很大的分子胶团,固相颗粒直径变大,然后采用碟式离心机和板式密闭过滤机串联使用的方法,实现了絮凝物的有效分离去除,使萃取液的含渣量降至0.5%以下,且蛋白质除去率达到90%以上,有效地提高了萃取液的品质。 In order to effectively remove the small fibrous suspended matter and the macro molecular substances, which negatively affect cigarette taste, such as protein, pectin and starch, from the extract liquid in manufacturing reconstituted tobacco with paper-making process, the soluble macro molecule components in the extract liquid were flocculated into the micelles of much larger diameter by the bridging function of - OH and physical adsorption of Ca^2+ in S - 2 adsorption clarifier, disc centrifuge and closed plate filter were connected in cascade to remove the floes, the dregs content in the filtered extract liquid was reduced to below 0.5% , the removal ratio of protein was more than 90%.
