卷烟厂动力能源数据采集与集中监控系统的设计应用 被引量:5

摘要 新郑卷烟厂原采用的空调制冷及空压集中监控系统,在使用中存在着网络响应速度慢、可靠性低、抗干扰能力差、控制功能不完善等缺点,为此,采用PLC和现场总线技术、计算机网络通信和软件技术,建立了动力能源数据采集与集中监控系统。该系统监控管理层是C/S结构的SCADA系统,过程控制层是基于西门子S7-300/400PLC平台,设备控制层由现场控制设备组成,同时具有自动、远程手动和现场手动3种运行模式。通过对空调节能运行控制功能进行完善,并将空压机内部数据进行通讯联网,以及安装DLP大屏幕等,实现了对各子系统的远程集中控制,解决了原系统中存在的上述问题。实际应用效果显示,生产每万支卷烟用水由原81.89kg减少为66.34kg,用电由原4.5kW.h减少为4.3kW.h,用汽由原0.08kg减少为0.06kg,年节约费用约482.5万元,提升了企业综合管理水平,达到了节能增效的目的。 The original centralized monitoring system for air conditioning and air compression systems in Xinzheng Cigarette Factory has the shortcomings of slow response, low reliability, poor resistance to disturbance and insufficient control functions, therefore, an energy source data collection and centralized monitoring system was established by using PLC and fieldbus technology, computer network communication, and software technology. The system' s management level is a SCADA system of C/S structure, its process control level is a PLC platform based on Siemens S7-300/400, and equipment control level consists of field eontrol devices. The system has 3 operating modes: automatic, remote manual and on-site manual. By perfecting the control function of energy saving running of air conditioning, linking the internal data of air compressor to the network, and installing a DLP big screen and etc. , the centralized remote control of every subsystem was implemented. The practical application indicated that water consumption per 10000 cigarettes reduced from 81.89 kg to 66.34 kg, eleetric power consumption from 4.5 kW · h to 4.3 kW · h, steam consumption from 0.08 kg to 0.06 kg, respectively ; and about 4825 thousand RMB Yuan was saved per year.
