摘要 为建立025号烟用料液顶空成分分析方法,分别考察了乙醚液-液萃取和100μm聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)、85μm聚丙烯酸酯(PA)萃取纤维头顶空固相微萃取(SPME)条件对该料液中苯乙酸乙酯、橙花叔醇、苯甲酸苄酯成分萃取量的影响,并进行了GC/MS分析。结果表明:①乙醚萃取液、PDMS、PA萃取物各鉴定出24、17和51种成分;②PA适宜顶空SPME条件是:15mL纯料液中加入30%NaCl,70℃下振荡20min,90℃下萃取15min,解吸时间2min。 In order to develop a method for analyzing the headspace constitutes in tobacco casing No. 025, ether extraction and the influence of the conditions of headspace solid phase microextration (SPME) with 100 μm polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) or 85μm polyacrylate (PA) fiber tips on the extracted amount of ethyl benzeneacetate, nerolidol and benzyl benzoate in the casing were investigated, and GC/MS analysis was conducted as well. The results showed that: 1 ) 24, 17 and 51 compounds were identified in ether, PDMS and PA extraction respectively; 2) the optimized SPME conditions of PA were: 15 mL casing incorporated with 30% NaCl shaked for 20 minutes at 70 ℃ , extracted with PA for 15 minutes at 90 ℃ , and then desorbed for 2 minutes.
