氮、磷、钾、镁亏缺对烤烟生长和叶片腺毛发育的影响 被引量:8

Effects of N,P,K,Mg Deficiency on Plant Growth and Leaf Glandular Trichome Development of Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要 以烤烟K326为材料,对烟株生长过程中几种营养元素出现亏缺时烟叶腺毛密度和发育状况进行了研究。结果表明:当N、P、K、Mg等营养亏缺时除对烟株的生长产生影响之外,对烟叶各类腺毛的生长发育也有显著影响。缺N时由于叶面积缩小和对烟叶各类腺毛生长的刺激效应,导致烟叶各类腺毛密度相对增加,而缺P、K和Mg时除影响烟叶叶面积外还会导致烟叶各类腺毛密度大幅降低。因此,在烤烟生长前期,保证P、K和Mg养分的供应对保持或提高烟叶的腺毛密度及分泌能力非常重要。 Using flue-cured tobacco cv. K326 as material, the plant growth and leaf glandular trichomes development of flue-cured tobacco in the deficiency of nutrient elements during plant growing were studied. The results indicated that a deficiency of N, P, K, Mg not only negatively affected the growth of tobacco plant, but also had a significant effect on the growth and development of leaf glandular trichomes. N deficiency would decrease leaf area and stimulate the growth of various glandular trichomes, and the density of glandular trichome increased accordingly, while P, K, Mg deficiency would reduce the density of glandular trichome greatly besides leaf area reduction. Therefore, sufficient P, K, Mg nutrients application in the early growth stage of tobacco plant is particularly important for enhancing glandular trichome density and glandular secretion of tobacco leaves.
