Research on the Route Selection between Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway and the Protection of Minghuang Tomb

The purpose of this article is to introduce the way how to handle properly the relationship between railway line and the key historical sites under state protection （MingHuang Tomb） and to investigate the relations between railroading and all kinds of conservation district places of historic interest, cultural relic etc. During the route selection stage, engineers and technicians should familiar with regulatory management, upgrade the idea at any time and take the idea of environmental protection follow through the whole process of route selection. Moreover, professionals in environmental protection should take part in the route selection in early stage.
