摘要
通过对脱硫系统投入后,轴流式引风机发生失速的现象和处理过程及脱硫系统对锅炉运行的影响的深入分析,指出脱硫系统风机管路特性和性能特性发生改变(引风机管道阻力的增大)、预防措施执行不到位是发生引风机失速的主要原因。根据实际经验总结出了具有可执行性的预防措施。
In this paper, the stall phenomenon occurred in axial-flow wind fan after the input of desulfurization system and the treating process are introduced. And the influence of desulfurization system on boiler operation is furthered analyzed. The change of characteristics of pipe and performance in desulfurization system (the increase of pipe resistance of suction fan ) and the unsuitable execution of precaution are the main reason of causing fan stalling. The executable precaution is summarized according to the actual experiences.
