不锈钢管板高频脉冲氩弧焊工艺

摘要 简述了采用逆变脉冲氩弧焊电源,不填加焊接材料,手工操作焊接方法,解决了凝汽器SA213-TP316L钢冷却水管与复合端板焊接问题。阐明了经高频脉冲氩弧焊焊接的焊口,有效地提高了焊接的质量,高频脉冲可以有效避免焊缝的高温氧化、晶界腐蚀、避免热裂纹的产生,较好地实现了SA213-TP316L钢冷却水管与复合端板的永久连接。通过工程实践总结出一套简洁易行的操作及防止缺陷产生的办法,以最小工程成本保证了凝汽器的焊接质量,对同类型火电机组凝汽器焊接具有一定的指导性。 The welding between SA213-TP316L steel cooling water pipe of steam condenser and compound header is solved using pulse argon arc welding power, without welding material and manual operation welding method. The high temperature oxidation, crystal boundary corrosion and high-frequency impulse are avoided using the high-frequency impulse argon arc welding, the welding quality is advanced effectively, and the permanent connection is made between SA213-TP316L steel cooling water pipe and compound header. An easy-go operation and some methods preventing vices are got after the engineering practice, and the welding quality of steam condenser is assured with a least engineering cost, which provides some reference to the welding of the same style thermal power set steam condenser.
