摘要
针对目前保温瓶设计中存在的不安全问题,进行保温瓶的参数优化设计。以人机工程学及设计心理学等多学科原理为基础,采用产品问卷调查研究法及实验分析法,剖析了保温瓶的外观结构和内部连接。从保温瓶的材料、结构、功能及工艺等方面进行了新型保温瓶的参数优化和安全改进设计。增加了保温瓶安全自锁功能,提高了保温瓶安全效能,突出了产品设计的实用性与宜人性。
Facing to the current insecurity of thermos, a parameter optimization design for thermos is conducted. Based on ergonomics, psychology and other disciplinary principles, and using the methods of product survey and experimental analysis, the appearance of thermos and internal structure are analyzed. The optimization design and security improvement of thermos are realized from multi points of view, such as material, structure, function and manufacturing. Therefore the self-locking function, the safety performance, the usefulness and pleasant nature of thermos are achieved.
