摘要
在数控加工过程中,粗加工刀具经常能加工到精加工刀具加工不到的地方,这就会在模型表面留下切痕,影响模型的加工质量。为了解决这一问题,本文提出了一种能自动在加工模型的凹角处生成倒角面的方法。使用该方法生成的倒角面,可以防止粗加工刀具加工到精加工刀具所不能加工到的地方。这样就能有效的对模型进行保护,避免切痕的出现。
In the process of NC machining, because of mismatching in geometric shape of roughing tool and finishing tool, it often occurs that the fillet area machined by the finishing tool cannot fully cover the surface machined by the roughing tool, thus machining traces is left on the machined workpiece, giving unallowable appearance. A solution that automatically creates fillet surface is presented to guarantee the fillet being reworked properly in the finishing operation.
