摘要
教育科研并非加重了教师的工作负担,教师自身的“缺陷”以及学校教育科研的“形式化”是导致科研无效和教师负担加重的主要原因。文章在阐释和分析了教育科研中存在的问题及其原因的基础上,论证了教育科研对教师减负的意义,提出了有效落实教育科研、真正实现教师“减负”的对策。
Educational research isn' t the additional burden to teachers' routine work. The reasons why educational research is ineffective include teachers' low quality and the superficiality of educational research. On the basis of such analysis of the problems and the reasons, demonstrate the significance of educational research, this article gives some solutions which can realise to decrease of teacher' s burden truly.
