高浓度氨基酸对人肾小管上皮细胞的影响

Effect of the High Consistency Amino Acids on Human Renal Tubular Epithelial Cells

目的体外观察高浓度氨基酸对肾小管上皮细胞（HKC）的影响。方法高浓度氨基酸对HKC体外干预,监测干预后转化生长因子-β1（TGF-β1）和血管紧张素Ⅱ-1型受体（AT1R）的变化。结果高浓度氨基酸干预HKC,实验组与对照组相比,TGF-β1含量增多,表达AT1R上调。结论高浓度氨基酸可以诱导HKC分泌TGF-β1增多,增加AT1R表达。

Objective To study the effect of high-consistency amino acids on HKCs. Method HKCs were stimulated by high-consistency amino.The TGF-β1 and AT1R were detected.Results The expression of TGF-β1 and AT1R was increased in the experiment groups compared with control groups.Conclusions High-consistency amino have multiple effects on HKCs invitro,which not only increased the expression of TGF-β1, but also the expression of AT1R.
