摘要
目的观察补元聪脑汤对阿尔茨海默病(AD)大鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法在大鼠大脑海马CA1区注射β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ1-42)与鹅膏蕈氨酸(IBO)的混合物,制成AD大鼠模型,用补元聪脑汤治疗,以脑复康片为对照。应用Morris水迷宫法判断大鼠的学习记忆能力,采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测血清SOD活性,硫代巴比妥酸法(TBA)测定血清MDA活性。结果与正常组相比,模型组大鼠的学习记忆能力明显降低,造模成功。应用补元聪脑汤后,大鼠的学习记忆能力得到明显改善,血清SOD活性升高,MDA含量减少。结论补元聪脑汤通过减少MDA含量,升高SOD活性,改善AD大鼠脑组织病变。
Objective To observe the impacts of Bu Yuan Cong Nao Tang on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in Alzheimerg disease (AD) rats. Methods The mixture of β - amy- loid protein (AI31 -42) and ibotenic acid (IBO) was injected in hippocampal CA1 area to prepare the model of AD rat. Bu Yuan Cong Nao Tang was administered in treatment in comparison with Nao Fu Kang Pian. Morris water maze test was applied to determine the ability of learning and memory in rats. Xanthine oxidase method was adopted to determine the activity of serum SOD,and thiobarbituric acid (TBA) was used to determine the activity of serum MDA. Results Compared with normal group, the learning and memory ability of rats decreased in model group,indicating the success of modeling. After the administration of Bu Yuan Cong Nao Tang, the learning and memory ability of rats was improved significantly, serum SOD activity increased and MDA level decreased. Conclusion Bu Yuan Cong Nao Tang improves in brain lesions of rats by reducing MDA level and increasing SOD activity.
