益气脱敏法对肺虚感寒型变应性鼻炎临床疗效及血清IL-4的影响

Clinical Efficacy of the Therapy of Benefiting Qi and Desensitization on Allergic Rhinitis due to Cold Invasion and Lung Deficiency and its Impact on Serum IL-4

目的探讨益气脱敏法对肺虚感寒型变应性鼻炎的临床疗效及血清IL-4含量的影响。方法总结中、西药组各20例患者分别服用益气脱敏汤及氯雷他定治疗疗效(症状积分),并选取10例健康人设为正常对照组,测定服药组患者治疗前后IL-4水平,且将资料进行统计学分析。结果通过症状积分比较,说明中、西药都有治疗作用,且有效率都比较高,就显效率而言,则是中药组明显高于西药组,且全身症状的改善中药组亦比西药组明显。患者用药前与正常对照组比较,IL-4浓度明显增高;用药后血清IL-4浓度明显下降(P<0.01),且中药组血清IL-4浓度下降幅度较西药组更明显(P<0.05)。结论IL-4参与了变应性鼻炎的免疫发病过程。益气脱敏汤治疗肺虚感寒型变应性鼻炎具有确切疗效,并引起IL-4治疗前后的变化,说明该方有抑制IL-4产生的功能。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of the therapy of benefiting qi and desensitization on allergic rhinitis due to cold invasion and lung deficiency and its impact on serum IL -4. Methods The efficacy （symptom integral） was summarized in either Chinese medicine group or western medicine group,20 cases in each one,treated with Yi Qi Tuo Min Tang （the decoction for benefiting qi and desensitization） and loratadine respectively. 10 health persons were selected as normal control group. IL- 4 level was determined before and after medication in each group and statistical analysis of data was performed. Results The results of the comparison of symptom integrals explained that either Chinese medicine or western medicine was effective and either of them had quite high efficacy on the disease. Concerning to the rate of marked effect, the result in Chinese medicine group was superior to that in western medicine group. The improvements in systematic symptoms in Chinese medicine group were obvious compared with western medicine group. Compared with normal control group, serum IL -4 concentration increased apparently before medication and decreased apparently after medication （P 〈 0.01 ）. The decrease amplitude of serum IL - 4 concentration in Chinese medicine group was much obvious compared with that in western medicine group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion IL -4 is involved in the immune pathogenesis procedure of allergic rhinitis. Yi Qi Tuo Min Tang has definite efficacy on allergic rhinitis due to cold invasion and lung deficiency and induces the changes in IL -4 before and after treatment, explaining that this therapy acts on the suppression of IL -4 production.
