纯棉仿蜡染印花采用活性、色酚一浴法染地工艺研究

Study on Technology of Imitation Wax Printing on Cotton Fabric Using One-Bath Dyeing for Ground with Reactive Dye and Naphthols

对纯棉仿蜡染印花采用活性、色酚一浴法染地工艺，经过小样、大样试验证明是可行的。工艺成功的关键在于合理掌握打底液的用碱量、温度，以控制活性染料的水解。该工艺具有流程短、生产效率高、成本低和质量稳定的优点。特别适合浅地色、大块面深红色类的花布生产。

Through small and large sample experiments,it proves that one-bath ground dyeing with reactive dye and naphthols for imitation wax printing on cotton fabric is practical,provided that the alkali amount in and the temperature of the padding liquid for ground are properly controlled,so as to limit the hydrdysis of reactive dyes. The new process has the advantages of shortened process,high productivity,low cost and good quality,especially suitable for production of the print with pale shade ground and dark red patterns.
