摘要
目的探讨抗生丸对免疫功能的影响。方法应用容积法、紫外分光光度法。结果对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的影响,给药组与模型组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。对小鼠巨嗜细胞吞噬功能的影响,给药组与对照组比较血凝素无显著性差异(P>0.05)。对迟发性皮肤超敏反应的影响,给药组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。对小鼠血清溶血素、血凝素形成的影响,给药组与对照组比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论抗生丸有一定的消肿作用,抑制迟发型超敏反应。对巨嗜细胞吞噬功能、特异性体液免疫的生成无影响。抗生丸对免疫功能无降低作用,并有一定的增强功能。
Objective Pills of antibiotics on the immune function. Methods volume,UV spectrophotometry. Results Of adjuvant arthritis in rats impact of treatment group compared with the model group there were significant differences (P0.05). Giant mice on the phagocytic function the impact of treatment group compared with the control group had no significant hemagglutinin of a difference (P0.05). Delayed skin hypersensitivity on the impact of treatment group compared with the control group There was a significant difference (P0.05).Hemolysin serum of mice,the formation of hemagglutinin,the treatment group compared with the control group there was no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion the antibiotic pills for a certain degree of swelling,inhibit delayed-type hypersensitivity. Giant the phagocytic function,specific humoral immunity generated effects. Antibiotic Pill on a reduced role in immune function,and certain enhancements.
