Correlation Between the Peabody Developmental Motor Scale-2 and the Gesell Developmental Scale on Motor Function in 508 Infants Within one Year Old with High Risk of Potential Cerebral Palsy

摘要 目的:探讨Peabody运动发育量表(PDMS-2)和Gesell发育量表(GDS)对〈1岁脑瘫高危患儿运动功能评估的相关性。方法:<1岁的脑瘫高危病史患儿508例,按月龄分为0~3个月、4~6个月、7~12个月3个组,采用盲评法分别应用PDMS-2和GDS进行评估。并在GDS不纠正胎龄和纠正胎龄的条件下分别比较PDMS-2和GDS中的粗大运动发育商(GMQ)与精细运动发育商(FMQ)两者的相关性。结果:3组患儿不纠正胎龄和纠正胎龄时PDMS-2和GDS的GMQ有相关性(P〈0.01);7~12个月组纠正胎龄后的GMQ相关系数最大(0.985)。0~3个月组不纠正胎龄PDMS-2和GDS的FMQ无相关性(P〈0.01);0~3个月组纠正胎龄、4~6个月、7~12个月组不纠正胎龄和纠正胎龄PDMS-2和GDS中的FMQ有相关性(P<0.01);7~12个月组纠正胎龄后的FMQ相关系数最大(0.984)。结论:〈1岁脑瘫高危患儿中,除1~3个月患儿不纠正胎龄时的FMQ外,PDMS-2和GDS中的GMQ和FMQ均有相关性,在月龄大并纠正胎龄的患儿中相关性更突出。 Objective:To study the correlation between the Peabody developmental motor scale-2 (PDMS-2) and the Geselt Developmental Scale (GDS) on motor function in 508 infants below one year old with high risk of potential cerebral palsy. Methods: Five hundred and eight infants below one year old with high risk of potential cerebral palsy were di vided into 3 age groups: 0-3 months (group 1), 4-6 months (group 2), 7-12 months (group 3). The infants were tested with PDMS-2 and GDS by two different therapists within one day. The scores of gross motor quotient (GMQ) and fine motor quotient (FMQ) from GDS were compared with those from PDMS-2 under the conditions that the gestational age was corrected or uncorrected. Results:There was significant difference in GMQ from PDMS-2 and GDS among three groups (r〉0.3, P〈0.01) under the conditions that the gestational age was corrected or uncorrected, and 7-12 months after correction of the gestational age, the correlation coefficient was the greatest (r=0. 985). In group 1, there was no correlations about FMQ (r=0. 216, P〈0.01) when the gestational age was uncorrected, but when the gestational age was corrected, and in groups 2 or group 3 whatever the gestational age was corrected or uncorrected, there was correla tions about FMQ (r〉0.3, P〈0.01). In group 3 the correlation coefficient was the greatest (r=0. 984) when the gestational age was corrected. Conclusion:In the infants below one year with high risk of potential cerebral palsy, there were significant correlations between the GDS and PDMS-2 on motor function, especially in the older infants whose gestational age was corrected, except the correlation about FMQ in 1-3 months infants whose gestational age was uncorrected.
