摘要
目的:探讨反复发作眩晕青年人椎动脉发育差异及血流动力学改变的多普勒检查特点。方法:选择65例1年内反复发作眩晕>2次并<45岁的青年人为眩晕组,30例正常人为对照组,应用彩色多普勒检测2组被检者双侧椎动脉内径、收缩期最高流速及每分血流量,并进行统计学分析。结果:眩晕组中右侧椎动脉狭窄率明显高于对照组的同侧,两侧椎动脉内径、收缩期最高流速及血流量均明显低于对照组(均P<0.01)。对照组椎动脉收缩期最高流速左侧>右侧(P<0.05)。结论:反复发作眩晕青年人中右侧椎动脉狭窄检出率较高,双侧椎动脉均较窄细;其双侧椎动脉供血不平衡可能是引起眩晕的主要原因之一。
Objective: To study the differences of vertebral arteries inner diameter and hemodynamics in the young adult patients and the healthy subjects. Methods: The inner diameters, peak systolic velocity (PSV) and blood flow per rain in vertebral artery were measured by color Doppler ultrasonography, and the results were compared statistically. Results: The stenosis rate of right vertebral artery was increased, and the inner diameters, PSV and blood flow per rain of both lateral vertebral arteries were reduced in patients with vertigo as compared with healthy subjects. Conclusion: The young adults with stenosis in right vertebral artery are tend to cause vertigo, both lateral vertebral arteries of patients with vertigo were significantly narrowed as compared with healthy subjects, and the unbalance of inner diameter, PSV and blood flow in both lateral vertebral arteries is one of main reasons to cause the onset of vertigo.
