摘要
目的预测甲型H1N1流感病毒血凝素可能的B细胞抗原表位。方法以甲型流感病毒血凝素的氨基酸序列一级结构为基础,用生物信息学手段预测血凝素氨基酸序列的二级结构并分析其序列的亲水性指数、柔韧性指数、可及性参数、极性参数以及抗原指数,推测B细胞抗原表位的可能位置。结果经综合各种单参数预测,甲型H1N1流感病毒血凝素氨基酸序列的98127、172189、498511肽段或附近可能存在B细胞抗原表位。结论预测B细胞抗原表位对甲型H1N1流感病毒的疫苗研制及其他相关研究奠定了一定的基础。
Objective To predict B cell epitopes for hemagglutinin of the influenza A(H1N1) virus.Methods Using bioinformatics,the secondary structure of hemagglutinin amino acid sequences of the influenza A(H1N1) virus was analyzed along with the hydrophility,accessibility,polarity,and flexibility of the sequences,and B cell epitopes were predicted with EMBOSS software.Results Prediction and analysis revealed three B cell epitopes of hemagglutinin of the influenza A(H1N1) virus,and these B cell epitopes may be located at 98-127,172-189,and 498-511 in the hemagglutinin amino acid sequence of the influenza A(H1N1) virus.Conclusion The current results and those of related studies may help to develop to a vaccine for the influenza A(H1N1) virus.
