摘要
目的观察防治措施干预下长江生态旅游开发区血吸虫病疫情动态规律和防治效果。方法采用实验监测统一方案和方法,连续5年(20032007年)对区内螺情和血吸虫病疫情以及主要传染源进行监测并统计分析。结果在防治措施干预下,监测区5年的钉螺面积、钉螺密度、感染螺面积、感染螺密度和人群患病率、急感发病率较监测前分别下降22.67%、38.44%、45.74%、60.43%和33.44%、100.0%;学生和村民的血防知识知晓率分别由2003年的70.37%和57.02%上升至2007年的96.43%和92.16%;学生和村民的行为正确率由2003年的79.63%和57.02%上升至2007年的95.54%和89.22%。结论所采取的防治措施能较好地控制和稳定长江生态旅游开发区域内的血吸虫病疫情,但不能消除血吸虫病流行的潜在威胁。因此应加强此类地区血吸虫病疫情监测并采取相应干预措施,防止疫情蔓延和扩散。
Objective To observe the dynamics of schistosomiasis transmission and the effects of its control in the Yangtze River Eco-tourism region where control has been implemented.Methods According to a unified method and scheme,the snail status,prevalence of schistosomiasis,and main infection sources from 2003 to 2007 were monitored and analyzed.Results In areas where control has been implemented,the area and density of both Oncomelania snails and infected snails,prevalence of schistosomiasis,and incidence of acute infection of Schistosoma japonicum decreased by 22.67%,38.44%,45.74%,60.43%,33.44%,and 100%,respectively,comparing to figures 5 years ago.The rate of schistosomiasis awareness among students and villagers increased from 70.37% to 96.43% and from 57.02% to 92.16%,respectively.The rates of correct behavior of students and villagers increased from 76.93% to 95.54% and from 57.02% to 89.22%.Conclusion The control measures used in the Yangtze River Eco-tourism region mitigated the preva...更多lence of schistosomiasis but did not remove the potential threat of schistosoma infection.Therefore,schistosomiasis surveillance and corresponding control measures should be enhanced to prevent the spread of schistosomiasis in these areas.
