一起学校隐翅虫皮炎暴发的流行病学调查

Epidemiological investigation of an outbreak of paederus dermatitis in a school

2008年9月10日,河北省邯郸市磁县岳城镇中学发生一起急性皮炎暴发事件,到调查结束时共发病100人,罹患率为13.3%。经现场调查和昆虫标本采集、鉴定,确定为隐翅虫皮炎暴发。学校地处郊外,教室无纱窗及门帘,晚自习采用日光灯照明,学生接触隐翅虫毒液而发病。经积极的环境灭虫和治疗患者,疫情得到有效控制。

On September 10,2008,there was an outbreak of acute dermatitis at Yuecheng Middle School in Cixian County,Hebei Province.By the end of the investigation,100 patients had been identified and the morbidity rate was 13.3%.The school was located in a suburban area,had no safeguard against insects,and fluorescent lighting was used at night when studying alone.Students may have been exposed to rove beetle venom and developed the disease.The epidemic was effectively controlled by active controlling the beetles and treating patients.
