摘要
以天津市滨海新区汉沽垃圾处理场工程为例,针对项目设计运行中存在的问题,在充分分析项目内外部环境条件下,提出具体的处理措施,并建立适宜的项目组织机构,保证了项目的正常运行,并取得了较好的成效。
Taking the project of Hangu Waste Treatment Plant in Tianjin Binhai New Area as an example, aiming at existing problems in project design, concrete measures were put forward based on the condition that internal environment and external environment of the project were analyzed fully. Suitable organization of the project was established to ensure normal project operation and get good effect.
