Controlling Management of Cost for Government Investment Projects

针对目前政府投资工程造价控制管理工作中存在的问题,从严格实施《政府投资项目管理办法》及其实施细则,加大政府投资项目前期工作的力度,加强建设领域招标投标制度推行力度,建立"信誉单位"数据库,在项目实施过程中造价控制、加强竣工阶段的投资控制、工程造价管理信息化建设等方面提出了建议和改进措施。

Some suggestions and improvement measures were put forward in accordance with existing problems in cost control management of government investment projects, such as strictly implementing regulations and rules of government investment projects, intensifying the efforts on preliminary work of government investment projects, enhancing the efforts on implementing tendering and bidding system, establishing the database on credit units, controlling cost during implementation process, controlling investment in completion stage, and using information technology in construction cost management
