介绍了太钢X70高级别管线钢的成分设计,冶炼和TMCP工艺。X70管线钢的显微组织由针状铁素体、多边形铁素体和少量粒状贝氏体组成,该钢种具有高强度、高低温冲击韧性和优异的落锤撕裂性能,其钢质纯净,带状组织级别低。
The chemical compositions, smelting and TMCP processes of X70 high grade pipeline steel in TISCO were presented in the paper. The mierostructure of X70 pipeline steel consisted of aeicular ferrite, polygonal ferrite and a little granular bainite, providing high strength, high impact toughness at low temperatures and excellent DWTT properties, the cleanliness of the steel was high and the level of banded structure was low.
