摘要
该论文在简要的介绍Fuzzy聚类分析法的分析步骤及其数学模型的基础上,应用该方法在众多的磨削参数中分析出了磨削表面质量参数体系。接着又进一步应用Fuzzy综合评判法对高压油泵精密偶件针阀体的配磨表面质量进行了Fuzzy综合评判,得到了该磨削产品的综合评判模糊集。
First, based on the theory of pattern classification with fuzzy sets and it's mathematical model, the ground surface quality factor's system has been obtained.Then,the aim of estimation of ground surface quality of the precision hole of the valve body matched with valve needle in the high pressure oil pump has been achieved by using fuzzy sets.
