摘要
采用内电解-催化氧化法处理染料废水,并对影响氧化反应的主要因素进行了研究。结果表明:当进水pH<4.5、H2O2投加量为0.30ml/l,反应时间为60min,染料废水脱色率和COD去除率均可达92%以上,完全满足达标排放要求。
The wastewaters containing dyes have been treated by using internal electrolysis catalytic oxidation method and the effect of the main factors on the oxidation reaction has been studied. The results show: when pH value of wastewater is less than 4.5; the amount of H 2O 2 applied is more than 0.30 ml/l; and the reaction time is 60 minutes both the discoloration efficiency of wastewater containing dyes and the removing rate of COD can be above 92% and can meet the requirements for effluent.
