摘要
采用控制器局域网络(CAN)和现场总线控制系统,成功地研制了浆粕生产工艺现场总线控制系统。该系统由一个主站(PC总线工业控制机)和五个从站(CAN总线测控装置)组成,主站监督和管理所有从站,从站检测和控制蒸煮过程的温度和压力。该系统提高了粘胶纤维生产过程中浆粕的质量。
Adopting controller Area Network (CAN) and fieldbus control system, the auther successfully developed the pomace production technology fieldbus control system. The system consists of a master station (PC bus industrial control computer) and five slave station (CAN fieldubus measurement and control device). The master station supervises and manages all the slave stations. The slave station measure and control temperature and pressure in rotery spherical digester cooking process. The system improved the quality of pomace in viscose rayon production process.
