高密度脂蛋白的抗氧化作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的以氧化修饰的低密度脂蛋白为代表的脂蛋白氧化理论在动脉粥样硬化的发病机制中受到了普遍的认可。高密度脂蛋白与动脉粥样硬化的发生呈负相关,其抗动脉粥样硬化可能的机制有:胆固醇逆向转运,抗氧化,抗炎症,抗血栓和促纤溶,保护内皮等多方面作用。本文主要就高密度脂蛋白抗氧化作用进行综述。
