摘要
主要介绍直线运动误差检测、补偿系统中微动伺服机构的工作原理选择,参数的优化设计和为提高频响而设计的有源高压放电回路,及其静、动态特性和数学模型。
For thd slight move servo mechanism of the line moving error detection and its optimizing system, this paper elaborates its working principle selection, optimizing design of parameter, high volt discharge circuit with power to improve the frequency respond, its static and dynamic character and mathematical model.
