多种方法解决老年性上睑松弛的手术效果分析

Effect of multiple surgical treatment of senile blepharochalasis

目的:总结笔者过去5年中实施老年性上睑松弛矫正术的临床经验。方法:2003年～2008年,我们对138例50～68岁因上睑松弛要求行整形手术者,实施老年性上睑松弛矫正术。①上睑皮肤松弛伴上睑凹陷者行重睑线下眼轮匝肌剥离后折叠移至凹陷;②上睑皮肤松弛上睑臃肿眉睑距窄者行重睑术+额部除皱;③眉睑距宽者行重睑术+提眉术。术后随访半年以上。结论:134例受术者对手术效果满意,4例因上睑皮肤过薄没有充分改善上睑凹陷但基本满意。通过整形手术,不仅消除了因眼睑松弛对视野的遮挡,而且改善了容貌,提高了生活质量。结果:老年性上睑松弛矫正手术可以达到治疗与美容的目的。

Objective To analyse the treatment of senile upper eyelid blepharochalasis by multiple surgical methods. Methods From 2003 to 2008,we performed operations on 138 senile patients （50-68 years old ages）.（1）The patients of blepharochalasis with upper eyelid hollowness were treated by blepharoplasty folding M.orbiculasis oculi stripped from skin. （2）The patients of blepharechasis with upper eyelid clumsiness and narrow eyelid were treated by blepharoplasty and lifting eyebrow. （3）The patients of blepharo-chalasis with wide eyelid were treated by blepharoplasty and double eyelid surgery. All cases were followed-up more than half a year. Results 134 patients were satisfied with the surgical treatment.4 patients＇eyelid were too thin to be improved effectively.This multiple surgical treatment improved the visual ability and living standard of senile patients. Conclusion This multiple surgical treatment is not only a curative surgery but also a cosmetic surgery.
