骨性Ⅲ类错患者开闭口时下颌运动特点的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的对成人骨性Ⅲ类错患者开闭口时下颌运动进行研究。方法选择成人骨性Ⅲ类错患者24例,以及10例正常对照组,利用下颌定位仪进行开闭口运动时双侧髁突运动中心点以及切牙点在矢状向、冠状向、水平向移动范围的比较。结果从矢状方向看,骨性Ⅲ错患者双侧髁突点的运动轨迹与正常组差异显著(P<0.01),而切牙点运动轨迹在三个方向上的差异也均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论成人骨性Ⅲ类错患者开闭口时髁突点运动小于正常组(仅矢状向),切牙点运动大于正常组。 Objective To investigate the mandibular movement characteristics in patients with skeletal Class Ⅲmalocclusion during maximum open-close mandibular movements. Methods Twenty-four skeletal Class Ⅲ adult patients and 10 normal controls were included. The different condylar and incisor movements were examined based on the aid of ARCUSdigma mandibular moving track analysis system. Results The condylar movement in sagittal plane was significantly different between skeletal Class Ⅲadult patients and normal controls ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The incisor movement was significantly different in sagittal, coronal and horizontal planes between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The condylar tracing length of skeletal class Ⅲ adult patients was significantly shorter than that of normal controls only in sagittal plane,while the incisor movement of skeletal Class m adult patients was larger than normal controls in three planes.
