应用镍钛再治疗锉处理塑化根管的疗效评价

Evaluation of the use of NiTi files in the retreatment of resinified canals

目的观察R-Endo机动镍钛再治疗锉用于塑化根管再通的临床效果。方法对94颗患牙(均为磨牙)共284个塑化根管随机分成两组,每组142个根管。A组采用手扩法;B组采用R-Endo机用镍钛再治疗锉。分别记录根管再通成功的患牙数和根管数。结果机用镍钛组成功率为71.83%,手扩组成功率为44.37%,两组成功率有显著性差异(P<0.01)。扩通时间:A组疏通根管的操作时间平均为21.19min,B组疏通根管的操作时间平均为11.70min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论R-Endo机用镍钛再治疗锉去除根管内塑化物成功率高,可作为临床上塑化根管再治疗的一种有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of R-endo nickel-titanium （NiTi） files in the retreatment of resinified canals compared with stainless steel hand fileds. Methods A total of 284 resinified canals in 94 posterior teeth were collected and randomly divided into 2 groups ： stainless steel hand files group and R-endo NiTi files group. The number of negotiated canals was recorded for each group. Results The success rate of negotiating was 71.83% in the R-endo NiTi files group, and 44. 37% in stainless steel hand files group. The operation time for negotiating canals was 11.70 minutes and 21.19 minutes respectively. There were significant differences in the success rate and operation time between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion It is an effective way to use R-endo NiTi files to retreat resinified canals in clinic.
