本文综述了近年来国内食品中锗分析的进展情况，对分光光度法、石墨炉原子吸收法、荧光光度法、极谱法等方法在食品中锗分析方面的应用作了探讨。

This paper summarizes the domestic progress of Ge analysis in food in recent years,and inquires into the application of spectrophotography , graphite stove atom absolu tion method, spectrofluorimetry and polarography to Ge analysis of food.
