摘要
在pH=120条件下,不经预先分离,通过构造氨基酸三组分量测模型,采用卡尔曼滤波分光光度法对光谱严重重叠的可能含组氨酸、色氨酸和酪氨酸的混合物实现了同时定量测定。卡尔曼滤波算法能从量测信号中滤除噪声,分辨重叠光谱,充当了特殊的“数学过滤漏斗”,尤其适合光谱严重重叠的多组分混合物的同时测定。
At pH=12.0,Kalman filter combined with spectrophotometry was used for simultaneous determination of histidine,tyrosine and tryptophane possibly contained in mixtures with serious overlapped spectra by constructing ternary measurement model,without previous separations.Kalman filter,acting as a special “mathematical filter funnel”,can work well for the removal of noises from the measurement signals and resolution of overlapped spectra,which is especially fit for simultaneous assay of multicomponent in mixtures with serious overlapped spectra.
