带反压气室油气弹簧数学模型

Hydro-pneumatic Spring Mathematical Model with the Yaqi Room

摘要 本文在理想状态和简化条件下,建立油气弹簧的数学模型。设活塞杆在正弦激励x=Asin(2πft)作用下往复运动,利用气体和油液之间的压强关系,对活塞进行受力分析,计算油气弹簧活塞杆的输出力。为分析油气弹簧的刚度特性、阻尼特性、频率特性等重要特性奠定基础。 The main content of this article is establishing the mathematical model ot Hydro-pneumatie spring based on ideal status and the simplified conditions. When the piston rod does reciprocating movement in the sine excitation-- x = Asin(2π/t) ,using gas under reciprocating motion of the relationship between the pressure and oil ,the forces of the pistons are analyzed and the piston rod hydro-pneumatic spring force is computed. The purpose is setting the foundation which analyzes the Hydro-pneumatic spring characteristics of damping,stiffness, frequency, and other important characteristic.
