摘要
通过常规生物学和分子生物学手段,对近年来在江苏省发生的一种危害严重的水稻矮缩病进行了初步诊断和鉴定,结果显示该病为水稻黑条矮缩病毒所致。这是自1963年以来水稻黑条矮缩病在江苏省大面积发生危害的首次报道。
Recently a new rice stunt disease broke out in Jiangsu Province, which caused great losses. The pathogen was identified with biological and molecular biological methods, which was conformed to be rice black-streaked dwarf virus （RBSDV）. This is the first report about rice black-streaked dwarf disease outbreak in Jiangsu since 1963.
