摘要
超临界流体色谱(SFC)是以超临界流体(SF)做流动相的色谱技术.要想合理地设计和有效地运用SFC技术,就必须充分了解SF混合物中的真实分子过程,并建立可信的相平衡模型.SFC技术其操作条件对分离、选择性能有一定影响,而SFC装置要求色谱柱和检测器能耐受高压,整个系统可以进行温度程序调节.其分离测定快速、高效,尤其适用于GC或HPLC无法分析的样品,如天然活性物质、生物大分子、高聚物、低挥发性物质等,因而被广泛应用于化学、化工、食品等领域.
uper critical flow chromatogram(SFC) is a chromatogram technology using super critical flow as flow phase.It must be understood the processes of true molecular in the mixture of super critical flow thoroughly and built the reliable model of phase equilibrium,if the super critical flow chromatogram is designed properly and applied effectively.The operating condition of SFC technology influences the ability of fractionation and selection,also,chromatogram column and detector in SFC equipment must be bear high pressure and whole system of SFC can be adjusted by temperature program.The fractionation and detection of SFC are rapid and effective and have been applied in the field of chemistry,chemical engineering,food engineering etc,especially for the samples that can not be analyzed by GC and HPLC.
